What you need -
15- 20 ace bandages
2/3 cup of -
powdered magnesium, potassium and the sulfur compound MSM.
2 gallons of Distilled water
Plastic poncho to keep warm while in wrap.
An assistant.
You soak the bandages in the water and mineral solution for 30 minutes.
