God, some of you people are dense.
First and foremost, this is obviously not meant to be a simple "funny image".
Second, if this offends you, take a moment to consider why it is that it offends you. It seems to exploit an image of tremendous suffering to make a simple pun, treating it as if it were a product, nothing but a meaningless tool to gain attention. It objectifies the person in the image, even takes away her very humanity. She is treated as something that is no more real than Mickey Mouse is.
But wait, isn't this the exact same thing our popular media do? Every day, the media are filled to the brim with shocking images and stories, serving solely to increase ratings and profits. "If it bleeds, it leads." Tragic stories are served up, presented to us, and disappear from our collective minds again, all within minutes. A fictional drama movie, in most cases, evokes as much or more emotion than a thousand people dying gruesome deaths in some distant country. A hundred dead Iraqis on Fox or CNN are no different than a movie on HBO - entertainment for apathetic viewers.
