Best way to stay in shape when you're at the office 18 hours a day?

I've noticed that while i've put such tremendous amounts of efforts towards expanding Bluewire that there is now an extra 5-10 on me...6' 1" 190 aint fat...but i'm deffinitely feeling a little softer than i'd like to . Used to go to gym like 4 days a week...havent been there more than 5 times since october cuz i've been working my ass off.

So what do you guys to keep those studly figures when time is an issue?

...Come on juicy...i know you have some industry secrets

Get a treadmill or exercise bike or something like that... set it up along with a TV set to CNN in your office and take a break a few times a day..... course.. I have all that and still don't get on the damn thing so what do I know..

Only drink water.....probably could have a few less snacks. I think whats killed me is we dont wrap up work til midnight or later and so when you eat at 5-6 it feels like its time to eat again

Thats a start... Get a sit-back cycle machine and then convert it into something that will hold a monitor, mouse and keyboard.

Make a cycle powered computer. Don't wanna loose your work? Keep pedalling the bike. The more critical the work is the faster you gotta pedal

It sounds simple, make the time.
