But yes..Vegas allows you to make ANY dimension you want..so doing a 480x360 is quite doable on Vegas.

yes it does but that option doesn't work for mpeg1
Ok, then Vegas it is! I'm too used to ulead products so didn't want to start with a new software but I guess i could get used to it.
