You've seen how meat cooks, right? It takes time, even at 400+ degrees. Note that I am using this as an example, because, unless someone flies a plane into it, your local stove/grill is not going to get much hotter.
As everything is destroyed, your evidence that they walked 'out to' there is as good as my 'it's a fucking cube, there are people lining the outside as much as the inside.'
Even if you think it's faked - listen to the phone calls. There was one lady who was on one of the higher floors - like 10 stories or so, and she was crying about the heat. It's not that anyone had the choice of being there or not. Unless, of course, you think all of that shit was staged, too.. I mean, hell, any country willing to sacrifice a few thousand of their own to breed more terror and contempt obviously had reasons, right. Ok, fine. Name them.. killing others is not good enough. As Americans, we can fucking do that any goddamned time we please, first strike.
