yeah, I had that too. But the fact is as brutal as it sounds, your asleep the whole time. Apparently they had to chop mine up into pieces and remove it. I had all four top and bottom taken out at once, and you just wake up with all this tissue in your mouth, you replace it every once and a while and your golden. You will be laid out for about 1 day, and your face gets all fluffy but it didnt really hurt... The only crappy part is if you get over zealous with chewing hard food and you happen to bite down on your gums in the back, that hurts, but you learn quick
