Then use a different payment service if it doesn't work to your expectations. No reason to defame their business because you hit a hiccup. Banking errors happen 1,000 times a day in Canada, I can't imagine how many times a day they happen in the US, you have to roll with the punches.
ePassporte have been trying to help you here, and trying to be patient as they don't have much control of the situtation, they refunded you $200 that they may never see back and you bring it to the boards? Work with them and chill, if $200 is going to make or break you, go get a job.
