I'm pretty fit for 38, if I certain clothes on I look a little younger but most of the time I get a year or two older.

i am 55, and people routinely think i am in my late 30's. no gray hair yet.

keeping the weight off, working hard at youthful activities, and being married to a very young woman fight aging.

good genetics help. if you mature early as a child you are more apt to look older faster.

and do not get a pot belly, do not think about retirement (work on projects everyday and think positive) do not smoke or drink, and stay out of the sun.

and take your vitamins every single fucking day (1 vitamin C, 1 calcium tablet, 1 multi-vitamin w/minerals).

i haven't been sick in at least 15 years.
