Mr.BB - I've thought that over time and time again.. and looked at every possible route to go but the problem is the program itself is very complex, and would involve extensive knowledge of TCP/IP and it's operation on all layers from the application down to the physical ..
If someone who has experience in programming would want to go that route with me, and then take it to VC funding companies - I would be more than willing to talk to them about that as well as long as they realized the type of cut they would have in the company would be less of course.
The more the person brings to the table the more they would be offered, I am willing to let partners in for as little as introducing me to the right people who can get the ball rolling as I said previously. If you, or anyone you can think of might be able to help - drop me a line. I'm willing to do the leg work to get a super basic database going, we could get a basic version of the program (that needs the bells and whistles added), and proceed to real funding allocation from that point.
I'm extremely open to ideas here ... I just want to get the ball rolling on this finally instead of letting it gather more cobwebs. The best way to do that is ask for a helping hand in the areas I lack
