USA can develop nuclear weapons and has nuclear capacity.

Dubya has turned the USA into a lame duck. We won't want N. Korea to test Intercontinental Missiles so they launch them on July 4 and there's nothing we can do about it.

Those in charge want oil prices to keep going up because they're making huge profits from it.

Dubya needs war in order to stay in power. I think he will also either allow WMD to be used so that he can truly bypass The Constitution or will use them himself (probably through Israel).
