Whos bought the reflected 399 10mb deal?

How have they been? Feedback? Any downtime? What stats do you get? Is the server nice and fast? Dont here too much about them here, which is probably positive. Any big programs host with them?

You can get it ploughing a paddock, you can get it makin some porn sites, matter of fact I've got it now.

For a hard earned thrist, you need a big cold beer.

I had that package (upgraded since) and have been very happy with them. In the past 18 months, I've had about 30 minutes of down time (two 15 minute outages) while they were moving servers around and another 20 or so from a DOS attack that they stopped. There were probably a couple of other times that I'm forgetting, but I can't think of anything else significant.

Support is usually answered within an hour, but this week it seems to have been down to 20 minutes. In either case, the couple of times where I needed something done right away I was able to call them and press the numbers for emergency support to get someone on the line right away. They're friendly too, but I'd guess most hosts are.

My stats are webalizer, and that's probably my only complaint with Reflected. The referer log doesn't show any part of a URL's query string (anything after .php?, asp?, etc), so if you have traffic from web forums, it's sometimes hard to see what is being said about your site in them. I've complained about it a few times recently, and they said that they are looking to upgrade to Urchin stats, which show the full URLs, pretty soon.

I think the reason no one talks about them is because they were named in an FTC complaint for spam. They have always been very good to me and my stuff is almost always up, so I didn't look too much into that or really care. (I haven't had any big problems sending activation emails to surfers either.)

We just got a dedicated server with them, had a virtual account there for half a year atleast.
The support has been really great, within minuttes as jeffs's saying.
We're actually thinking about moving some of our 7 servers there, as their prices
        is really good too.

cool, thanks guys, although stats are always important to me, but I guess if they are moving to urchin in the future, thats not a bad program.
