The one thing I'll disagree with is the statement on rewards. Personally, I think rewards programs are shit. I have never signed up for a program based on it and I've literally never even looked at the sponsors rewards programs. Just the other day I won $250 from AWE for some contest they had. I had no idea it was going on.

So maybe rewards programs bring in affiliates. But I think the serious affiliates don't give two shits about being able to have enough points to get a PSP someday. They want money and would rather you put your rewards into the payouts.
