      No reliable places as of yet... Play.com (UK store) is one of the few places I found but they are seem fairly dodgy as well, especially this little gem:

      Due to an expected European shortage of the PS3, we are unable to guarantee delivery of your PS3 before Christmas. All pre-orders will be fulfilled on a first come, first served basis and game titles in this package may be changed, subject to availability. One per customer.

      so eh, take it with a grain of salt and some chips and some taco sauce.

          play are pretty solid, dont expect dodgy shit from them, always been on time and in working order for me (dvd's)

                          I think it comes out Nov, though no place is taking preorders surprisingly. I will definately do whatever I have to in order to get one
