The concept of the content is good, never seen this idea before.
BUT, the site is confusing, and no one wants to pay per scene or per minute.
I'd completely ditch the idea of ordering only 1 movie at a time, its confusing to your average stupid surfer. Just do One flat rate = full access.
Also your design could be cleaned up, not every thumnail needs to take up so much room. Go with the standard reality-site layout. One big image and 6 thumbnails for each video (see
http://www.coedsneedcash.com/ for a good example).
Your conversions would be much better this way, promise!
