AEBN is looking for someone who knows Comus Thumbs and UCJ inside out. The ideal candidate will already know how to grow trades and build traffic for MGPs. Experience with other types of sites (link lists, directories, portals, blogs, etc) will be a huge plus.
This position is ideal for an adult webmaster who is looking for a stable income and benefits.
Must be able to roll out MGP sites using provided HTML layouts.
Must be able to comfortably work with Gay, Fetish and Straight content, and must know what niches are compatible in each area.
This position also will be responsible for training and managing gallery submitters and people creating thumbs, approving galleries, etc. The successfull candidate will be working directly with a team of five people as part of a 20+ person department.
This is full-time, on-site work only. I'd prefer that you are already in the Charlotte Metro area or are willing to move on your own - relocation will be paid only to absolute gurus with a portfolio of successful sites.
Salary is negotiable. Medical and dental after 90 days.
