Im not the best in the business but I dont think you'll be able to afford the best, not for MGPs.. On the other hand, I can create good characters in a variety of styles at a good price and fast turnover. Some samples -

There is no ‘best’ when talking in terms of art, it’s all subjective. I personally love twisted illustration for nearly any online application; I believe their style is suited for nearly any internet design. Bluewire has proven again and again that they are more than capable of doing this as well, but I still would prefer twisted illustration for the mass majority of online applications.
