That is the main difference WC uses ketchup and Krstals Uses Mustard. They will not taste 100% like WC but will be much Better!!

Definitely. Whenever I order, I emphasize "ketchup, NO mustard". Otherwise the burger will taste like shit. I'm from Jersey as well, and a veteran White Castle eater - I cannot believe the mustard-on-your-burger is the standard. WTF are you talking about?? I ate White Castle all the time for about 20 years, they come with KETCHUP on them, i don't know what half ass burger place you are eating at!! If you buy them frozen in the supermarket then yes they do not come with KETCHUP.Originally posted by bret
