Actually no privacy, because the bedroom is above the rest of the suite, and there is no wall there, just a balcony type thing, so you can look down on the rest of the suite.
We stayed in a $200/night suite at the Borgata once and liked it just as much if not more.
It was big with a sofa and table and had a huge bathroom with marble floors etc.
Only thing I didn't like about that one is it had a crappy little TV, the skyloft had 4 plasma screens in it.
There was a plasma over the bathtub and one behind the mirrors in the bathroom. That was pretty cool.
