I would go with a niche that you yourself like and understand. That way you'll know what's appealing and what isn't for people who like the same niche.
If you're disgusted by fat girls then you'll never be able to sell a membership to a BBW site. If gay porn turns your stomach then you probably can't sell that either.
Go with what you know and what you love. (And keep some tissues near your desk....LOL)
Once you get some experience and get "seasoned" in selling porn, then you'll be able to sell anything and everything, but in the beginning stick with what you like.
