I haven't read this whole thread, so I apologize if the answer's already been found. Here's some possibilities:
(1) I would have thought you could still send the money to someone else account-to-account. I read you saying you couldn't do that, so that one's out, I suppose.
(2) Does the name on your bank account have to match the name on the Paypal account? People get married, have joint accounts, have business accounts, etc., so it seems likely Paypal has encountered situations where the names don't match. I'd try registering your regular bank account and confirming the deposits Paypal will make to make sure you are the owner of the account. That should work.
(3) DON'T call Paypal and explain the situation, because they'll just freeze your account. They love freezing accounts. You will be admitting that you have violated their terms and conditions by falsifying information. Plus, they legitimately won't really know if you're the actual owner. Sure, you've got your password and email, but I somehow don't think that'll cut it with them. If all else fails, you might not have any other choice.
(4) DON'T try to cash a check that's not made out to you by forging the signature, even if that "person" does not exist. That is a felony, I'm pretty sure.Comment

Okay, this may work. Log in to your PayPal account. Click the Profile tab. Under Account Information click Multi_user Access. Follow the instructions and add the real you to your fake acct as another user. Verify the acct. with your real name. Should be possible sinc you are one of the multi-users. Problem should be solved.Comment

I just opened an account in my real name and added my buddies bank account. Transfered a couple hundred dollars with NO problem. Just add your bank account. If it won't accept it because it's attached to another paypal account go and open a 2nd account and add it to paypal. Simple.no sigComment

I didn't realize I needed to verify to send money through paypal.
Go to www.netspend.com get yourself a pre paid credit card. and set up wire transfer on it under the ADD/TRANSFER FUND tab in their online control panel it will detail how to do this (they accept paypal) then move the money from your fake paypal account, to your netspend card, go to an ATM and draw it out.

We have at least 2 names on our PayPal account, one is an alias as we obviously don't want Arika's real info out there. We had no problem other than the alias name had to have a different account number. Wasn't a problem for us to go to the bank, open another checking account (actually did most of it over the phone) and put the checking account info (debit card #) in the PayPal admin. PayPal made the two deposits and we were rolling in three days. If you are using the same bank account number you are probably flagged by PayPal.
There used to be a way for you to add additional e-mail (PP addy's) to your primary account, so if you can still do that add your fake one to your primary account and pull the money out through the primary bank account. Then go back in and remove the additional name on the primary account.
edit - let me clarify the 2nd option.....
We had a PP account as well as 2 other PP addy's.
