If it were really that harsh maybe, just maybe people would think twice about supporting ANY war. But when you sugar coat it and have "rules of engagement" and never show the carnage on TV (like they did in Vietnam) the public doesn't have to see the grotesqueries and brutality of the real deal, therefore supporting such horrible acts.
Either you go to war or you don't. But if you do don't cry about the Geneva Conventions, crimes against humanity or abusive behavior. Kill anything in your path, taking photos along the way. If you can't do that, you don't need to go into combat.Comment
