You are thinking about small potatoes here. Yes, that does drive a few sign-ups...But the reality of it is that surfers sign up to a site because they are enticed into it and want more of what enticed them.

not at all, I am thinking of the big scheme of things and how people perceive porn sites as a whole

go to google, type in some keywords and see where the average surfer would end up when looking for porn

when talking to n00b surfers you will notice the first thing they think of when you say porn site is spyware virus trojans

I am not talking about individual sites or situations , but rather the big scheme of things

Personally, I don't make a dime off my ratios. I'm only concerned with sales. When I start getting paid on ratios then I may change my view of things.
