I was going to sign up for paid spot to see how things went. I attempted to pay with a VISA that has plenty of room on it for the charge. The card was denied. There was a link that I could click to take me to Vertol where someone was supposed to help me with the decline via Live Support.
I left the window open for 1.5 hours, and no one ever turned up.
