    One of my DN's is trademarked. What should I do or don't do with it?

    Anybody know about this kinda stuff?

                Don't sell the TM'ed competitors products with the domain...

                    DO NOT offer it to the TM holder. That is paradigmatic "bad faith" under the Anti-Cybersquatting law.

                    Delete it at once. It ain't worth a TM infringement lawsuit. It ain't worth losing your business and your house.
