I don't know about the other sites, but 2006 BAA Webcam Site award winner LiveCamNetwork doesn't shave - we don't even do payouts - we leave that up to our CCBill affiliate program - and they don't shave, hell they pay on gross.
It's revshare and most of our LCN Girls turn the boys to mush, and incite huge long term repeat purchases throughout each of the months and the years they hang around...
