I need some help with capturing my HD video. Any suggestions apprectiated!
I have a Sony HDR-FX1, I am using Ulead Media Studio 8. When I capture the video is washed out on the .mpg (not horrible but TOO much for HD & its not washed out on the tape). When I preview it in Ulead or make an .avi the color is fine. If I make a .wmv its washed out. If a make an .avi in ulead (color is fine) & pull it to windows enocder & make an .wmv its washed out again!!
I am guessing that I have codec problem or something not calibrated correctly. The camera is new to me. I supposedly have everything new (that I can tell) from windows.
Any incite?
