you got it all worng, it all depends on what meal you are having with your wine, fish, chicken, light meals go well with white wine, in most cases semi-sweet white wine - for women, and dry white - for men

of course nothing stops yo from drinking whatever you like when you like it, most of the time I buy red wine and I usually try a different one every week, and although there're some really good South African ones, some of them taste no better than apple vinegar
