im partial to a lot of the stuff on achtung.. and the lady with the spinning head. won't be buying the last album. think i listened to the one before that twice maybe.. i can't remember whether i bought it or not though.. prolly not.. Though "beautiful day" is a gem.

Bad & Pride are two real good reasons to get The Unforgettable Fire. All I want is you is a nice song as well. The Joshua Tree is the best album because every song on there is of a very high standard except In Gods Country which I personally think is a bit pony.

Agreed. I only began to take them seriously after Achtung Baby. It's their best work with Brian Eno.

they did a very good cover of everlasting love (its one of their b-sides), plus sunday bloody sunday is allways good, so are one and with or without you.

Surely you jest. Boy, October and War were 3 of the best albums of the 80's and Under a Blood Red Sky took the best of those 3 live. I stopped taking them seriously when they took the commercial nosedive with The Joshua Tree.

"One", "with or without you", "In the name of love", "Beautiful Day" must be on you cd, bud.
