I'm having a problem getting a reply from the 'good' folks over at Gigacash. Seems they owe me for a sale (ONE sale, I mean c'mon guys) and when I try to email them asking about it, they completely ignore it.
I know I am sending to valid email addresses and I know I'm not being filtered out as spam on their end because I've sent one original email and gotten one reply to my original question which I forgot to add my acct number to it, I was sent an email back asking for the acct #. I sent it back and have never gotten a reply since.
I have sent about 4-5 seperate emails over a period of about a solid month or slightly more, to 2 different working email addresses, from 2 seperate email address to be sure one of them wasn't being filtered out accidently. The emails I'm sending are not threatening, or harrassing in nature, just professional and asking what is going on.
It now looks like they are simply trying to not pay up for a sale they owe me. At a bare minimum they could email me back with some explanation of what is going on, but I get nothing but silence.
There was a article in the latest XBiz magazine that had a quote along the lines of 'it's a sad fact but in this business people expect that not getting paid comes with the territory, and it's wrong.' I agree and when I'm owed money, even if it's a small amount, it should be paid or explained why it's not being paid at least.
I'm wondering what you all would do to get paid or an answer. I'd hate to have to report them to the Better Business Bereau.
