Yep, he's a scammer and a thief. I've started many threads about him in the past. Sorry to hear you got ripped off, arnette.

I could sware we did a job for that guy like a year ago...a logo or something...

anyways...this sucks...All this scamming makes it tough on us legit businesses who now have to have all your corporate clients write letters of reccomendation practically just to get someone to trust you...

He ran a logo contest about a year and a half ago. After many amazing submissions, he said none of them pleased him and didn't pay out a prize. It turned out he had gone ahead and taken the best design (by consensus in the thread) and used it anyways, without paying.
