It?s not a puzzle and we screen and background checks them, if he?s a lower level that is what he is.

We can?t go into much detail on how we do it, but we make sure that our clients are getting what they want, it?s really the most stupid thing I?ve heard saying it?s bull as we even let the clients check out his skill set and have access to other details before the hire is made.

By what your saying is you?re telling me my company does not have the skill level set and you?re also applying that to iweb, i can assure you that both our companies make sure the skill set is as accurate as possible.

I guess you?re talking to people that used to work in outsourcing companies that are no longer there and always will have something to say, probably disgruntled employees and that are on the shop floor who have no idea about what really goes on in the back end of the companies as they never see it.
I won't say anything specific as that would mean having to provide evidence and creating more shit and headaches that I don't need. Feel free to defend yourselves if you must.

Let me just say that as far as iweb, $5sub, and webmasterlabor are concerned, I haven't heard anything negative about them from their "disgruntled" employees.

Everyone else... well... let's just say that many of your (your = all of you that I haven't excused) former employees have done some local work for me.

Especially those "top level" Flash designers of yours. Lol. They come to me with a resume claiming that they were the top level in your company, and based on your criteria, and PRICES, it was laughable.

Knowing how to motion tween isn't top level. Sorry. Anyone paying well over a $1000 monthly for an offshore guy that can't actionscript properly? Then you're really getting it in the ass.

The outsourcing guys you're paying over $1000+ for are only worth $400+ a month over here (which is slightly more than what they're being paid by the outsourcing companies). All you guys are doing is feeding the middle-man's extended family.

Simple reason is... the guys that are worth over $1000? They're being paid that amount over here, and they work for the big companies, or proper design firms (like our own, which is why we have citibank and knorr in our portfolio. Other multinational accounts we've done include juicyfruit as well.), or go freelance.
