Some Filipino webmasters get away with this because they are able to afford a VPN, and what shows up is a US-based IP address.
I could actually open up a pandora's box and tell all of you what REALLY goes on behind the scenes at outsourcing companies. Trust me when I say that there is not one single honest outsourcing company out there at the moment. I personally know guys who are working (or used to work) at pretty much every Philippine adult outsourcing company there is, and in one sentence, I can honestly tell you...
That whole employee skill levels thing that they base their prices on? It's all bull.
But I'm sure most of you already knew that.

I'm glad that you know so much, well the way the levels work is based on experience in his resume, and you?re getting the wrong end of the stick here and how it works.
It?s not a puzzle and we screen and background checks them, if he?s a lower level that is what he is.
We can?t go into much detail on how we do it, but we make sure that our clients are getting what they want, it?s really the most stupid thing I?ve heard saying it?s bull as we even let the clients check out his skill set and have access to other details before the hire is made.
By what your saying is you?re telling me my company does not have the skill level set and you?re also applying that to iweb, i can assure you that both our companies make sure the skill set is as accurate as possible.
I guess you?re talking to people that used to work in outsourcing companies that are no longer there and always will have something to say, probably disgruntled employees and that are on the shop floor who have no idea about what really goes on in the back end of the companies as they never see it.
