Trust me when I say that there is not one single honest outsourcing company out there at the moment. I personally know guys who are working (or used to work) at pretty much every Philippine adult outsourcing company there is, and in one sentence, I can honestly tell you...
That whole employee skill levels thing that they base their prices on? It's all bull.
But I'm sure most of you already knew that.
