I Gots me a BIG (and I mean big) place in Minnisota lined up, and away I will go...And I can't wait. Property values are great. Plenty of land and big houses.

Before you ask: I like the winter, fuckin hate the heat, and it's pretty much in the center of the U.S. giving me access to the rest of the country fairly easily. Plus I have family there.
