they are doing something right now that you only pay 500 of the visa fee and they pay the rest... and after 10k of transactions they refund your visa fee

i guess i should be more specific.... the processor has 2 offer 3rd party processing & has 2 have functionality with the top affiliate software available now... does that help narrow the field?
