i've never understood why someone would build and submit for someone else for a flat rate, when they could build and submit for themselves and keep all the money.

lol, dont believe what franck says, i may not be rich, but i do alright, i also have a job offline. Just got some other stuff going atm, why not flip the work over to someone else, everyones happy that way.
