He used to come over to my in-laws house and hang out, one of the friendly obcessive types...

He got a little too clingy and they asked him to not come over so much, after that he went the complete polar opposite of how he was and started getting more and more antisocial.

My wife would bring our dog over there who would bark sometimes, he has post tramatic stress disorder from the first Desert Storm, and so he claims that the dog would cause him so much stress he wanted to snap out.

The dog only barks when she is around other dogs and they are playing, he has his own dogs which are bloodhounds that howl and bark all the time so I don't see how this could be plausible other than he wants to start some shit.

Anyways, he basicly has a beef against my inlaws and decided to include my wife in it because she comes over there..

So hopefully this will cool out now and he'll realize he needs to mind his own business and not threaten people.

I heard he came by our house one time, and that freaked my wife out, If he comes near us now his ass will get a felony charge since he's already violated and gotten the misdemenor charge for not showing to court.

Oh trust me man, I notified my lawyer that if I had to I would be calling him to handle my court case if I had to go after this guy the non legal way.. I don't take kindly to people threatening my family... My father in law is the same personality as me and we would have ripped this guy in half...

If he's locked up for a lil while, I was thinking I was gonna contact the taxation and assesment board of our county and find out who the owner of the property he is renting from is, then have them issue a 3 day emergency eviction notice.

That way when he gets out of jail his house is no longer his house...

I can be pretty fucked with the legal channels I know about..

it is amazing at how many nuts actually walk this world, that is why i usually try to keep to myself, i am friendly to my neighbours, but a very frank friendly. i am pretty sure they feel the same way as me so it works out.

i do not like associating with complete strangers usually, you seriously never know what is going on in peoples heads. but if it is one gift i have found i am blessed with is that i am pretty good character judge so i can usually tell what people are aout in first few min. of a conversation.
