Sorry to bump this old thread but just wanted to say thanks to Vinnie and all the people who have expressed their support...it has been an ordeal and after nearly 2 months i made it out of the hospital...

Cancer is gone from the larinx, at the expense of having it removed, but hey could be worse i could be a midget...on a good note thanks to medical advancements soon i will be able to speak again with my normal voice and not a mr roboto one..
