Urinal Etiquette Question

Let me describe the bathroom in our office building. 2 urinals, 2 stalls, 2 sinks.

I have to take a piss...so I walk into the bathroom and there's a guy at one of the 2 urinals. My etiquette question is this: Do I use the urinal next to him so I don't make him feel like there is a reason why I don't want to stand next to him or do I use the stall because I can piss without having to stand right next to him?

I opted for using the stall because it is easier for me to piss when there isn't somebody standing right next to me.

Funny you mention that...I didn't even feel bad until I started pissing (standing up) in the stall and it was making all kinds of noise and I knew that he knew I avoided standing next to him intentionally...haha

Reminds me of a camping toilet - there's the foul smelling pit with the seat and door, and outside a trough with a little pipe that runs into the pit. Considering it wasn't a serviced toilet there was some pretty horrible looking stuff sitting in that trough.
