    Japanese AV AVS 4 SALE

    I'm wanting to sell www.yuaaida.com and the design. Currently has approximately 150-200 hits/day.

    Has made me $2000/year with little to no promotion, just from SE traffic and type ins.

    Asking price is $5,000 but I am negotiable
    I dont need a sig.

                  i don't think anyone is gonna pay 5k for that

                  a benchmark would be, month sales * 3

                  so, in your case, its worth $500

                      brizzad, no I gurantee if you actually start to send traffic to this site.. it WILL convert!
                      The $2000+ that has been made, in the last year was from 2 gallery submissions(the only exposure the site has had)

                          if 2 = 2k per year
                          12 = 12k

                          Better yet do it weekly which should be an hour and a half a week and make 52k a year.

                              The reason I'm wanting to sell is because I need some fast cash to start a new project, I stopped submitting galleries over a year ago.. been out of the loop with partners etc.
