    Keyser Or Epassporte, Please respond.

    Is anyone gonna get back to me about the money you guys took out of my bank account, kept, and then deleted my account because of "no money loaded" or can i be safe to say you guys just scammed me out of my money and don't give a shit?

    someone please answer this... I asked Keyser about it lastnight, he said he would check in on it, then decided to log off ICQ, and i haven't seen him since... shouldn't of taken that long to get an answer back...

                                                                                                                          their system works pretty good... but once u run into problem it's HOPELESS, they will suspend ur account and will take ages to do anything.... so if you get soem charges, dont ask them anything and suck it up, otherwise they will close your account for "investigation"

                                                                                                                              Keyser, I don't have a dog in this fight, but a company as big as Epassporte should have 24/7 customer service. If you were dealing with someone and it was time for you to sign off, you should have let them know you were working on it and would contact them the next day with status or given them contact information for someone else who was online.

                                                                                                                                  hi, thanks for replying keyser, i didn't want an answer instantly, but concidering my bank sends out MONTHLY statements, and i got a MONTHLY STATEMENT last MONTH, saying the money was taken out of my account, and then my epass was DELETED, i should of had a RETURN by now... or atleast and ANSWER why... i've been very patient with epass about this, since its not a very huge amount of money... and yeah, you should of told me you were leaving and going to bed, instead of just logging off 1 minute after your last reply that said "OK I will find out about and see what we can do."... you get kind of suspicious...

                                                                                                                                  and once again, i didn't expect it to be resolved INSTANTLY, but ya know, i would like to get a reply like "sorry, we made a mistake, and your money will be credited back to you, will take 3 weeks to do that" or "fuck you, we don't have to give you your money back, gfy" after a month of it happening...

It's always a good idea to send someone a quick ICQ or tap out a 5 second email just to let the person know you're signing off for the night but that you're on it and will get back to them shortly, or the following day. --- There, that sentence right there took 15 seconds to type. :D

About 4 months ago I was using them to fund my party poker acct. I prolly used them for about 1500-2000 or so. Then I get this charge after I stopped using them for a month or so. $164.74 I think it was, charged to my credit card(not epassporte) I called them on the phone:

                                                                                                                                                              1) the woman was a total CUNT. She was upset about me calling or something

                                                                                                                                                              2) told me it was their error, but they funded my party poker acct with it(which they didnt)

                                                                                                                                                              3) wouldnt reverse the charges. she yelled at me that it was an error but i still got money out of it(i didnt)

                                                                                                                                                              I have since never used them, will NEVER use them, and as far as im concerned they are crooks. Even when I called Bank of America about the charge, the guys reply was"great another epassporte problem" "how are they still in business" and I have blocked all my cards from them. Fuck them and thier mothers, Im just waiting for the class action suit and I'll be first in line. It should come pretty soon, those cocksuckers.
