                                                              I'd talk to your artist before you quote prices. For a start, art takes time. Time is money. Talent is money. I don't know, but if the toons take any amount of time, you could be subjecting your artist to McDonalds style wages.

                                                              But that said, he may be happy to do simpler work for that kind of price.
