should only take about 8 days to get a replacement card. According to Keyser, they produce cards twice a week.
Part of my delay, I am sure, was caused by people seeing that a card had been requested and then not bothering to check whether the order was actually being processed. And unfortunately, since most people seem to think Keyser is good at his job, in this instance he apparently didn't press anyone, but just repeated to me whatever he was told (and usually took most of a day each time to do that).
What has happened in the past 7 days, since I was told a 3rd card was ordered and twice that it would be sent (overnighted), I don't have a clue. It seems damn silly to tell me a card has been sent when it obviously hasn't been. But with no response today, I don't know what the latest story is going be.
