They have NO obligation to give an infringer ANY opportunity to cure the infringement. Upon discovery, they can walk into the court and file the suit. They dont have to file a UDRP, they don't have to send a C & D, they don't have to do dick.

These laws are slanted HEAVILY in favor of the rights holder, as it should be.
