    Know anyone whos been arrested for being high?

    I don't.. but i was just thinking.. if u are high on weed, coke, dope, acid, etc... and out in public and some cop thinks you are high, what test do they do to prove it?

    for opiates, they can look at your pupils, but your pupils can be dialted like that for alot of things..

    same as having red eyes.

              good question. But If you were cracked out, of course a cop could tell. But stoned.. naw I dont think they could do shit. All I would say is my allergies are killin and im tired and thirsty and hungry. ;)

                  No way to tell by blood test if a marijuana user is high, only if they have used recently.. between 5-30 days depending on a lot of things.

                      Standard field sobriety test... if your intoxicated (on anything ) in public you can be arrested.

                          Btw, THC can be stored in your fat cells... One of my friends was kicked out of the Army because he failed a drug test. And he hadn't smoked for weeks and had already passed the initial drug test.

                              I was arrested in Nacogdoches, Texas for driving under the influence. I passed all the field sobriety tests but my eyes did not pass the "penlight test". Something about the diameter of the pupil. I was on acid. I blew 0.00 on the BAC.

                              The charges were later dropped. Trust me, tripping in an East Texas jail is not fun.

                                                  Anyone who knows how to act high will have no problems. I've been pulled over so many times high i can't count, literally. I just laugh & turn on some 60's tunes while he's writing the speeding ticket.

                                                                  Basically if you can pass a field sobriety test your not going to harm anyone , and if you dont pass one , it's prob not a good idea to have you in a public area.

                                                                  Lets face it , i enjoy a good toke now and then , but if you cant pass a field sobriety test , you shouldn't be in public.. Thus i dont care what drugs your on in public as long as you can pass a field sobriety test.

                                                                                  Rolling is usually pretty damn obvious. If you can't stop your eyes from rolling into the back of your head and/or keep trying to hug the cop I'd say you immediately fail.
