I am advertising with a Cost Per Acquisition network paying per unique lead, and dozens of the same leads from AOL email addresses have the same IP. Can this be legit even though the people reside in different parts of the USA?

AOL went to regional IP's about 18 months ago so don't rule all of them bogus just based on the IP.

It's a miserable experience dealing with those performance based mainstream affiliate ad networks. I've spent tens of thousands over the past several months and gotten utter crap leads. I disapprove 95% of the affiliates that request to display my campaign but I still can't weed out the cheaters. Ugh.Comment
