Yeah, best way is have them holding a piece of paper. I wrote a script that uses GD to write text with a pic like that

It wouldn't look 100% right unless you had a skilled photoshopper doing the chopping for ya. But basically Joe =D said it best, simply put their hand holding a peice of paper up from the bottom. Color correct it and your golden. If you need more information on how to do that, then your probably not skilled enough to make it look right, in that case, I am sure you can get a fantastic one done for you here for like 20$. There are tons of skilled Photoshop choppers here. Post a contest, and whoever hooks you up the best wins the 20$. It shouldnt take a pro more than 10 minutes anyways. Easy for you and quick money for the photoshop guy.

Not so hard if you use the same shitty webcam to match the pictures. If you take another photo from another camera, It would get a bit more involving

I am assuming that the poster does not have the same cam
