Would be nice to get email notification of rebills as well.

Also, I would like to see the site name included in the emails together with the figure for commission earned.

Should be easy enough to implement and would be useful for many webmasters, but CCBill don't seem to want/be able to do it.

Yeah, no emails is the default. You have to go through and manually change the setting for each sponsor.

wish it was easier for affiliates to get emails with the ref url, site name, price etc. a simple box to choose it for all accounts would be nice.
