The lilac concealer will go on first, across the areas under her eyes that are dark / sallow. The aim isn't to make the skin match the surrounding area, but to cover the blackness. Apply the foundation over, and get stuck in w/ that powder.
Good powder coverage will stop the foundation creases, and will prevent the eyeshadow from creasing, and will also prevent the shine developing on her face.
If you're shooting under hot spots etc, you can keep reapplying the powder at the first sight of shine :DComment
