    I need a server company

    I am currently with WebGems. Great company until they 'upgraded' everything. Now they don't offer SSH access to their clients, used to, but now they don't.
    Now I can't get any of my more powerful scripts re-installed because they need SSH access to install them.

    TM3- not working
    Arrow Trader- down and out

    I was paying about 100 bucks for 75 gigs of transfer and 2 gigs of space. The work I did on the TGP's is wasted now and once I get the scripts up and running again I'll have to start all over. I know I'm sounding like a whiny bitch..... fuck it, I am a whiny bitch.

    Let me know what's out there.

          Also I'm sure webgems means they dont open ssh by default, if you tell me your scripts aren't working im sure they'll get you up to speed.

                  Thanks for the link, I will check out that site now.

                  As for them knowing that I needed it for a script, this is what they told me. Notice the time frames. I'm glad the script that I needed installed wasn't for a TGP or MGP because the site would be junk by now......... wait, it was a TGP.

                  As we had mentioned earlier, we do not provide ssh access to our clients as a matter of policy. Please note this fact. We had raised this issue with our Admin, and got it confirmed that the ssh access just could not be provided. You could try out alternate methods to install the script which do not require SSH access.

                              Go with a company who knows adult hosting, the ones you mention know nothing of the sort and you are just a number to them. Do a search or im sure someone here will name a few.
